Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources activities. The role involves supporting and developing existing teams, setting measurable objectives, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications
HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills
Robust understanding of HR principles and best practices




Experience in managing and developing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

Recruitment:

· Conduct continuous recruitment for sales profiles and other roles as needed.

· Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of qualified individuals.

· Meet recruitment targets set by the company.

Performance Management:

· Manage the company's internal performance management system on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

· Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.

· Provide guidance and support to employees on performance improvement plans.

Attendance Regularization:

· Monitor and manage attendance records of employees.

· Regularize attendance discrepancies and ensure complian
