Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a robust presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in Current Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a flair for sales. In this role, you will be a key driver of our business growth, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and selling our comprehensive suite of IT services.

You will receive extensive training and mentorship to become an expert in our offerings, which include managed services, cloud solutions, SOC & NOC services and more. This is a full-time position for only female candidates who are ready to make their mark in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Present and sell the company's IT services, including managed services, cloud offerings, email solutions and other related services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong,



long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct sales meetings (in-person or virtual) and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM software

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree (BCA/ B.E./ B.Tech.) or Master's degree (MCA/ MBA) from a recognized university
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must
Interpersonal Skills: Robust ability to build rapport, listen and persuade clients
Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of IT services, cloud computing
