We are looking for a creative and motivated UX/UI Designer with 0–1 year of hands-on experience who is passionate about building user-centric digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to real-world projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and continue growing their skills in a professional UX/UI environment.

Requirements
0–1 year of hands-on experience or equivalent practical exposure in UX/UI design
Only Pune and Indore-based candidates preferred
Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability
Strong knowledge of UI fundamentals such as color, typography, layout, and responsive design
Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and maintain a qualified portfolio
Familiarity with user testing, agile workflows, and basic HTML/CSS & JavaScript
Robust creative thinking, problem-solving,



and communication skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibility:
Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs
Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs
Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines
Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
