Manage government dept/officials to ensure smooth project management and timely reporting.
Contribute to establishing cutting-edge ecosystems for scalable AI solutions, ensuring continuity of care.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and foster a supportive environment for AI implementation.
Capacity Building: Conduct and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance healthcare providers’ skills in AI applications.
Hands-On Support and Troubleshooting: Provide direct support and troubleshoot challenges during AI usage.
Coordinate with internal staff and consultants to ensure effective project implementation.
Willingness to travel within the state or nationally, as required.
Document project outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field, complemented by a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Health Management, or Community Medicine.




5–12 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in areas such as MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
Solid understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, particularly the Ayushman Bharat initiative and National Health Mission (NHM) strategies.
Fluency in local(Marathi) language.
