Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to join our diverse and agile team. In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into transparent, actionable product requirements. You will play a key role in product discovery, backlog management, sprint planning readiness, and solution delivery, ensuring teams are focused on delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes.

The successful candidate combines solid analytical skills, business process expertise, and product thinking to help define, prioritize, and deliver high-value solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements Discovery & Analysis
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams to understand business objectives, customer needs, and operational challenges.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and clarify requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Translate business requirements into epics,



features, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Product & Sprint Backlog Management
Create, maintain, refine product backlog items and support sprint planning, and release planning activities.
Ensure user stories meet the agreed definitions of readiness and acceptance.
Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts affecting delivery commitments.
Support change management and adoption activities where required.

Delivery & Quality Support
Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, QA and Validation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of delivered functionality.
Ensure solutions meet documented business requirements and intended outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Build effective working relationships across business and technology teams.
