Description
As the Cluster Sales Manager - Banca, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Bancassurance department. Your primary focus will be on team management and fostering robust relationships with bank regional and zonal managers. You will be tasked with engaging and guiding your team to achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be the key liaison between the company and our banking partners.

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank regional and zonal managers, acting as the primary point of contact for collaboration.
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets set by the company, driving performance and engaging the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating achievements.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities,

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
