Position: Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect

Location: Chennai - Hybrid/Onsite

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Solution Architect with 10+ years of hands-on expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financial solutions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders, driving digital transformation across finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions
Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementations
Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and prepare functional/technical specification documents
Oversee configuration, customization, and testing of Oracle Financials modules




Guide and mentor functional/technical consultants throughout project lifecycle
Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and other Oracle modules (SCM, HCM, Projects)
Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, RFP responses, and effort estimation
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and data security standards
Provide post-go-live support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation and solution architecture
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBS R12
Solid knowledge of core Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Tax
Proven experience leading full-cycle Oracle implementations as a Solution Architect.
Solid understanding of financial processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-t
