We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter on a contractual basis who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for positions in DevOps, Cloud, Product Engineering, and Cyber Security. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the technical requirements and a proven track record of recruiting for these roles.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for positions in DevOps, Cloud, Product Engineering, and Cyber Security.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, qualified networks, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.




Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the tech recruitment industry to ensure competitive hiring practices.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on DevOps, Cloud, Product Engineering, and Cyber Security roles.
Technical Acumen: Robust understanding of the technical requirements and industry standards in the mentioned domains.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
