Job Summary:
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer with robust expertise in Java backend development (primary focus) and working knowledge of frontend technologies. The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications for retail operations, including order management, inventory, and customer-facing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
Design and build scalable REST APIs for retail applications (orders, inventory, customers)
Work on frontend components using Angular/React as required
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Follow coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, UI/UX) for end-to-end delivery
Must-Have Skills:
Robust experience in Java, Spring Boot (Primary)
Hands-on experience in REST API development
Valuable knowledge of SQL and database design
Working knowledge of Angular or React (Secondary)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with Git/version control
Good to Have:
Experience in the retail/e-commerce domain
Exposure to high-volume transaction systems
Understanding of performance optimisation
Knowledge of secure coding practices
