We are seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the overall F&B; operations at a reputed 4-star property in Jaipur.

The role requires robust operational leadership, revenue management capability, and a guest-first mindset to ensure exceptional dining experiences while maintaining profitability and service standards.

The F&B; Manager will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, banquet services, bar operations, and team performance across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all F&B; outlets.
Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and supervise F&B; supervisors and service teams.
Coordinate with Executive Chef for menu planning and promotions.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.




Handle guest escalations and VIP service coordination.
Plan and execute banquet and event service operations.
Maintain inventory control and vendor coordination.

Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B; operations.

At least 2 years in managerial capacity.

Experience in 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Financial acumen and cost control experience.

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
