Desired candidate qualification and experience:
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books for cloud-based accounting and MIS reporting is required, along with essential knowledge of Tally.
Tax & Statutory Expertise: Excellent familiarity with tax laws and statutory formalities, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, EPF, and ESI.
Industry Experience: Previous experience working for Real Estate Developers, Construction companies, or related industries is highly preferred.
Financial Oversight: Ability to independently manage the complete accounting process and represent the full financial picture of the company.
Banking Relations: Experience interacting with banks for limit renewals, enhancements, and coordinating with customer home loan financiers.
B.Com with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Or M.Com with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
