Role Description:
This is a full time in office role for a Recruitment Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process within the company. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, communicate with hiring managers, and conduct interviews.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience of 10 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team
Experience with social media and job posting sites
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
