Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Delivery Leadership
Establish and lead the EDO Global Competency Center operating model.
Create scalable delivery teams that support all EDO pillars.
Drive execution consistency through common processes, standards, and delivery practices.
Ensure alignment of GCC resources to strategic EDO priorities and roadmaps.
Lead enterprise-scale delivery planning across multiple portfolios and initiatives.
Maintain a consolidated view of delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across all pillars.

Resource & Workforce Management
Own GCC workforce strategy including hiring, onboarding, talent development,



and succession planning.
Build and manage talent pools across:
Data Engineering
Data Product Management
Data Governance
Data Quality
MDM
Data Operations
Business Analysis
Program Management
AI & Innovation
Establish flexible staffing models that allow resources to be deployed across pillar priorities.
Optimize capacity planning and resource allocation across the EDO portfolio.
Develop talent development programs and competency frameworks.

Program Execution & PMO Governance
Establish a centralized EDO Program Management Office (PMO).
Define standards for:
Project management
Agile delivery
Portfolio governance
Financial reporting
KPI measurement
Risk management
Facilitate monthly and quarterly planning and execution reviews.
Drive transparency through executive dashboards and delivery reporting.
Lead portfolio-level issue resolution and escalation managem
