HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee projects developed by our
business on various Salesforce platforms.
Salesforce Technical Lead will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, NPSP
cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.

Requirements
Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
Positive knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, agile page layouts, custom labels, and
building reports.
Experience in data migration & integration using Data Loader.
Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.
Positive experience in addressing problems, investigating root causes and implementing successful
resolutions.




Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Experience in implementing the Salesforce Cloud platform/s, including system integrations and data
migration, will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have Salesforce Admin Certification and have worked as
senior salesforce administrator for global clients
