Responsible for driving initiatives and supporting the distribution teams to ensure smooth functioning by getting assistance across functions. He/she will drive critical levers of distribution for building efficiency and manage various strategic activities of the department. He/she will be responsible to run data analytics to track sales performance; perform ad hoc analysis for management and research recent processes to improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute and own distribution strategy presentations reports.
Gather relevant information from business functions and cross functional teams.
Track industry updates on business & current initiatives.
Drive sales team efficiency through process simplification.
Provide KPI monitoring and analysis through focused MIS packs.
Closely monitor the actual (revenue & expense) against the budgets.
Provide information that is timely, relevant, understandable and facilitates the management decision - making process.

Other responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure various IT, Non-IT, and efficiency related projects to deliver business excellence.
Participate & contribute in various discussions with business to drive adoption of various tools.

Timely completion of presentations and reports.
Development of new reporting formats.
Deviation on performance parameters to be investigated and suggest action plan to control the same.
Critical evaluation of business proposals.

Timely closure of agreed action points in various governance meetings.
