We are looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Helper to join our food manufacturing plant in Suba, Fiji. The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, assist with packaging operations, and help maintain a clean and organized work setting. This role offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operations of the food manufacturing plant
Support packaging processes and arrange finished cartons for dispatch
Handle light-weight lifting and movement of goods within the facility
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and storage areas
Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
Assist team members and supervisors in meeting production targets
Requirements
Age: 25 – 35 years
Education: Open to candidates from all educational
backgrounds
Language: Basic English
communication skills required
Basic understanding of factory or
production operations preferred
Ability
to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
Physically
fit for handling light-duty tasks

to work in rotational shifts
