eClinical Solutions is seeking a agile and strategic HR Manager to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in building an empowered, high-performance workforce. This role will directly influence our success by developing our most valuable asset – our people. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, align HR initiatives with organizational goals, and enhance employee engagement across our growing global operations.





Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Design and implement HR strategies & initiatives that propel company’s growth. Partner with leadership team to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans.
Drive performance management frameworks that promote feedback, accountability, and employee development.
Design and lead employee engagement and employee well-being initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by proactively addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance to employees and management alike.
Identify and implement learning and development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning.
Track key HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize HR strategies.
Design attractive salary structures and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
