Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under supervision.
Support senior developers in debugging and resolving software issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Test applications and ensure functionality, performance, and quality.
Document code, processes, and technical learnings.
Continuously learn recent technologies, tools, and development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C/C++, or JavaScript.
Understanding of fundamental concepts like OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with databases and basic SQL is a plus.
Awareness of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
