Job Description: Senior Manager / Assistant Director – Engineering Projects & Contract Management

Location: Bangalore (Strategically located near Madavara Metro Station).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week.

Primary Objective

The primary goal of this role is to spearhead end-to-end engineering project management, infrastructure execution, and technical contract administration. The position ensures that the campus infrastructure meets world-class standards by delivering highly sustained, protected, energy-effective, and structurally sound engineering solutions (primarily Electrical and Mechanical, with supporting Civil infrastructure) to support the organization’s long-term vision.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
Capital Projects & Engineering Execution
Project Life-Cycle Management: Plan, execute, and deliver upcoming greenfield and brownfield CAPEX projects from concept to final handover, aligning closely with corporate goals.




Multi-Disciplinary Oversight: Direct high-value technical installations focusing heavily on Electrical (Substations, Captive DGs, UPSs, Solar, HT/LT panels) and Mechanical/HVAC systems, along with associated Civil/PEB
Design & Optimization: Collaborate with internal Heads of Departments (HoDs), Project Consultants, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to review layouts, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Contract & Vendor Management
End-to-End Contracting: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting scope of work (SoW), floating RFPs, evaluating technical bids, and formalizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strategic Procurement: Partner with the internal procurement committee to source, negotiate, and onboard specialized engineering vendors and OEMs, leveraging high-stakes negotiation skills to optimize costs.
Performance Auditing: Closely monitor vendor adherence to SLAs
