Spikewell is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design, branding, and creative assets creation to join our dynamic team. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate client needs into compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of modern design trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications, ensuring optimal user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to translate ideas and concepts into creative design solutions.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Create and manage creative assets,



including illustrations, icons, logos, banners, brochures and marketing materials.
Participate in user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on UI/UX designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX.
Work closely with clients to understand their branding needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing robust UI/UX work and branding projects.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and interaction design.
