Skills: Swift Messaging, Real Time Payments, End to end Payment Process, ISO Messaging.
Payment analysis skill required to analyze the customer traffic.
Understand the difference between the system behavior as customer are migrated from old platform to recent platform.
Parallel Test Workplace - Understand if it is a defect or it is gap where customer is sending the payment. Accordingly, liaise with IT team to fix the defect or with customer for payment formatting issue.
Candidate should have banking knowledge along with some technical knowledge as need to co-ordinate with Customers as well as IT team.
Payment analysis –SWIFT, ISO20022 XML file format hands-on experience.
Pro-active, Positive communication – written, verbal.
Preferred - experience on customer facing / handling.
Liaise with migration team for migration activities.
Query handling (post migration).
