Microsoft PowerApps/Automate Low Code Senior Engineer – Requirements

Role and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.
Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.
Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.
Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.
Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.




Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.
Continuously evaluate and adopt current features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.

Mandatory Experience and Skills
Hands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.
Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft office 365 integration with robust focus on SharePoint, Microsoft teams , and other office 365 based integrated apps build.
Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.
