This is a full time role as part of the real estate vertical of the group.
The candidate should be Well versed with the Mumbai DCR,
Feasibility Analysis
Make basic Design fitment of the project
Process of submission of files for Redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Projects.
Make various applications for remarks etc to various Govt Authorities including MCGM
Co-ordinate with various consultants on the project
Visit Govt Offices if required for approvals
Make presentations to Societies
Preferred skills and qualifications
Degree in Architecture or from NICMAR or equivalent
