Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and electrical systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment
Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting of machines and systems
Ensure minimum downtime by quick response to breakdowns
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
Coordinate with production/operations team for smooth functioning
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of recent equipment
Manage spare parts and inventory for maintenance needs
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs
Basic knowledge of PLC, motors, panels, and hydraulics (preferred)
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience in maintenance (5–6 years)
