Chemist Box Private Limited is a growing
multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar, currently operating around 20–24
physical stores with a robust expansion plan.

Role Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for
managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned pharmacy store and ensuring
achievement of store-level KPIs. The role will focus on store operations, staff
supervision, customer handling, process adherence, reporting, and coordination
with the Head Office / Area Team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including store opening or
closing as per assigned shift, staff rotation and availability, billing
discipline, store hygiene, and process adherence.
Guide and supervise store staff to ensure proper customer
handling and timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Monitor store KPIs such as sales,



customer service, stock
discipline, expiry control, staff productivity, and operational standards.
Coordinate with the Head Office / Area Team for operational
issues, reporting, and daily follow-ups.
Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and store-level
instructions.

Requirements
Qualification & Experience

Graduate and above in any stream.

Candidate should have experience in store operations as a manager, preferably in
FMCG, organized retail, or pharmacy retail.
Pharmacy experience is not mandatory for this role.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of retail store operations
Team handling and staff supervision ability
Customer service and complaint handling skills
Basic Excel, email, and reporting skills

Fixed salary: INR 5 lakhs per annum and above, as per experience and industry
standard
