We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns, a robust grasp of performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while managing ad spend efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creatives (in coordination with the design team) for better CTR and conversions
Set up and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS
Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations (bids, keywords, placements, audiences)




Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tags using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights/recommendations to stakeholders
Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Coordinate with the content/design team to ensure landing pages and creatives align with campaign goals

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience running PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Working knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly
