· Review, analysis and rating of Vendors /
Suppliers financials

· Review Contracts – Payment Terms &
Conditions, penalties, compensation, etc.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the
preparation and monitoring of budgets, review and monitor costs.

· Financial Modeling (proficient in Excel) and Critically
Analysis of Recent Projects/Proposals

· Prepare financial models, CMAs, NBGs, proposal
notes, information memorandums and other material as per transaction
requirements in consonance with Lenders and Sector policies

· Coordinating and managing requirements of
technical, legal, financial due diligence

· Ensure timely draw-down and compliance of all pre
disbursement and post disbursement conditions incl. documentation, security
creation, etc.





· Track key performance indicators to monitor and
drive the financial performance

· Preparation, Analysis & Presentation of MIS,
Presentation, Variances & Key Observation Reports for Management Meetings
(BRC/Chairman/MD Meetings) etc.

Requirements
Qualification: CA Final / MBA
Finance (from reputed institution)

Experience: 6 to 10 years (RE /
Construction Background)

Team player with highest standards of integrity
