Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for multiple solar EPC projects.
Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business growth, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Lead decision-making for high-value procurement and vendor selection.
Ensure continuous improvement of SCM processes, SOPs, and systems.

Procurement & Cost Optimization
Lead procurement of key solar components: modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS, etc.
Optimize total procurement cost through strategic negotiations, bulk purchasing, and alternative sourcing.
Approve and oversee PRs, RFQs, POs, contracts, and commercial evaluations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.

Vendor & Contract Management
Develop and manage a solid vendor ecosystem across domestic and international suppliers.
Lead high-level negotiations on pricing, contracts, delivery timelines, penalties, and warranties.
Implement vendor performance management systems (KPIs, audits, scorecards).




Drive vendor development and risk management strategies.

Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams for accurate planning and budgeting.
Provide SCM insights in tendering, bidding, and project costing stages.
Ensure on-time material availability aligned with project milestones.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with productive resource allocation.

Logistics & Inventory Excellence
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, warehousing, and site deliveries.
Implement advanced inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce working capital.
Monitor material consumption, wastage, and reconciliation across sites.
Drive logistics cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Compliance, MIS & Systems
Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements (GST, statutory, etc.).
