Position : Order Processing Executive (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process orders across all e-commerce platforms
Handle customer queries, emails, and communication professionally
Update order details, inventory records, and daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatches
Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Track, follow up, and resolve order-related issues
Support order management activities,



including Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

Requirements
Positive English communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Highly responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in e-commerce operations is a strong plus
Familiarity with Sales Order Processing, Purchase Orders, and Order Management
Ability to coordinate and track orders efficiently
Prior experience with ERP or relevant software tools is desirable
