We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This position requires solid communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6month - 1year of experience
Robust understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate and conduct recent employee onboarding and orientation programs.




Ensure all new hires are properly integrated into the company culture.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support.
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and identifying areas for employee development.

HR Compliance & Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
