ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Senior Lead Designer is responsible for the complete end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including specialist technical drawings, project scheduling, site leadership, and vendor coordination. You handle the most complex drawing categories — automation, home theatre, staircases, and water features — and you are the single accountable person for your site's progress, quality, and timeline.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare specialist drawings: automation, air purifier, staircase, water feature, home theatre
Lead market research and vendor research for specialised product categories
Build and own project timelines and production schedules across all disciplines




Lead full site operations — coordinating civil, carpentry, MEP, finishing, and styling simultaneously
Own client communication for all project phases from design to handover
Conduct site styling for project completion and photography
Mentor and review the work of S1 and below on assigned projects
Escalate design or site issues to principal with explicit context and recommended resolution

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
7–10 years in an interior design studio, with at least 3 years leading projects end-to-end
Experience with specialist systems: home automation, home theatre, or water features preferred
Ability to build and manage a project timeline across multiple contractors
Solid vendor network and market knowledge in Kolkata
Confident leader — comfortable owning decisions on site under pressure
