Manage hard services, including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Develop and implement maintenance
schedules for all systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety and
regulatory standards.

Asset Management:
Use the Asset Infinity tool for
the tracking and management of institutional assets.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory
of all physical assets,



including equipment, machinery, and fixtures.
Monitor asset life cycles and recommend
replacements or upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.
Prepare asset utilization and
depreciation reports for financial forecasting and budgeting.

Vendor and Contractor Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage
relationships with vendors and contractors for facility services.
Ensure compliance with contracts,
SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic vendor
performance evaluations and implement cost-saving strategies.

Budget and Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the facility and
infrastructure maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor expenditures related to
facility operations and asset management.
Prepare monthly financial and
operational reports for senior management review.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure that the facility adheres to all
health, safety, and env
