The HR Operations Executive will play a critical role in driving standardized, compliant, and technology-enabled HR operations. This role acts as the operational bridge between employees, HR Business Partners, and leadership, ensuring seamless HR communication and ERP governance.
The ideal candidate combines solid HR operational expertise with people skills, technology proficiency, structured process orientation, and high employee engagement capability.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
Ensure adherence to standardized HR operating procedures and governance frameworks
Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee documentation and records
Maintain ERP systems' data accuracy (employee data, workflows, etc.)
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and periodic audits
Generate dashboards and analytical reports for leadership review
Coordinate system enhancements and support HR digital initiatives
Employee Engagement & HR Communication
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
Drive structured HR communication and policy dissemination
Coordinate engagement initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs and leadership
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations
Coordinate travel and logistics when required (sporadic)
Key Competencies
Solid understanding of HR Operations in a structured corporate/GCC setup
Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Zoho, etc.)
High process orientation and governance mindset
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google spreadsheets and HR reporting
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Qualifications
Any degree, preferably in HR / Business Administration or a related field
3–6 years of relevant HR
