Job Description
Quality Analyst
Manages complete Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cycle from complaint intake through closure along with ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and customer resolution across customer’s product divisions
Receive, log, and validate incoming quality complaints; ensure all mandatory data fields are complete (Sales District, Manufacturing Location, Division, Profit Center, Defect Codes) with Data Integrity.
Classify complaints by severity, product line, business group, and regulatory impact.
Manage Sample Return and Product Return workflows per customer for SOPs.
