About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven MBA graduate to join Setoo as a Strategy & Operations Associate, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to build, scale, and drive the company’s growth.

This is not just a job - it’s an opportunity to operate like a business owner, take ownership of critical initiatives, and contribute to building the company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s priorities, calendar, and key meetings to ensure maximum focus and effective decision-making.
Convert ideas, discussions, and meeting outcomes into actionable tasks with clear ownership and timelines.
Track ongoing initiatives, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accountability, and drive tasks to closure.
Support executive communication by drafting emails, updates, meeting notes,



and internal coordination messages.
Maintain weekly progress tracking, task dashboards, and reporting to ensure smooth execution across teams.
Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, demonstrating solid ownership and independent problem-solving.
Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through across cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Collaborate confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive timely outcomes.
