Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in elevator and lift installation, ensuring timely, protected, and compliant installation of equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute the installation of lifts and elevators at client sites as per design and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
Inspect site conditions and prepare installation schedules
Handle equipment delivery, unloading, and storage at the site
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (ISO, BIS, etc.)
Conduct testing and commissioning of elevators post-installation
Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, site safety records, and installation checklists
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure corrective action
Liaise with customers and site representatives for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lift/elevator installation
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Working knowledge of installation tools, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work at different sites as needed
