Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business growth in the assigned area.
Identify and approach potential customers, community groups, and business partners.
Conduct field visits, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and local communities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales reports and business development plans.
Organize community events, awareness programs, and networking activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally.
