Your role
Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport planning)
Working experience (8 + years) in Transport appraisal software like TUBA, COBALT, WITA, AMAT and bespoke spreadsheet assessments.
Experience and knowledge of Transport Economic concepts and guidance.
Knowledge of the technical transport planning workplace
Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including high degree of competence in MS Excel




Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project
Good written communication skills
Be able to work Individually.

Knowledge and experience of UK regional modelling guidance and approaches
Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases
An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context
Professional membership of a relevant institution.
Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
Experience in handling task management.
