The CFO will be responsible for the companies accounting and finance function. Prior experience as CFO of a public listed company is required. Experience of developing controls, managing the process to IPO is required.
Assist in formulating the company’s future direction (company’s business plan, financial & tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting)
Develop performance measures to support the company’s strategic direction
Manage company's fund-raising initiatives including through IPO and debt finance.
Manage relationships with Investors and key stakeholders
Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
Manage the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury functions
Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors
