We have an
exciting opportunity for young energetic MBA – HR/Psychology freshers to
be part of a growing organization called Embark. Selected candidates will be
inducted as HR-Interns for a period of 4 months and will be paid stipend during
this period. Post training, based on performance, we would absorb deserving
candidates on the rolls of the organization.

A Brief
description of the role is provided below :
Conduct market and talent research to identify potential candidates
using diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media
platforms, skilled networks, and internal databases.
Build, organize, and maintain talent pipelines for current and
future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles for GCC
clients.
Initiate outreach to passive candidates, assess initial interest,
and support relationship-building efforts to create a robust candidate
network.
Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and hiring managers to
understand role requirements, skill expectations, and ideal candidate
profiles.
Assist in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies
while staying updated on emerging recruitment
