We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Physical Education Teacher to join our IGCSE team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in physical education and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and lifelong fitness habits among secondary level students.
Develop and implement comprehensive physical education curriculum and lesson plans for secondary level students, aligned with national and state standards.
Lead engaging and interactive physical education classes that incorporate a variety of activities, games, and exercises to promote cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Assess student fitness levels and regularly progress through fitness assessments, skill drills, and other evaluation methods, providing personalized feedback and support for improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for diversity among students.
Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, sports teams,



and fitness clubs to provide additional opportunities for student participation and physical activity.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education concepts across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, participation, and behavior in physical education classes and extracurricular activities.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in physical education, health, and fitness education, incorporating relevant updates into lesson planning and instructional strategies.

Requirements
Required Qualifications - Masters Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
