Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to faculty members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing communication with students.
Course Coordination:
Assist in the coordination and organization of courses, ensuring timely distribution of syllabi, textbooks, and other course materials.
Collaborate with faculty to maintain accurate and up-to-date course schedules.
Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and supportive learning workplace for students.
Address student inquiries, concerns, and provide guidance on academic matters.
Test Conduction and Assessment:
Assist in the grading of assignments, exams, and other assessments.
Maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.
Smooth test conduction at the center.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of academic events, conferences,
and seminars.
Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure a smooth event experience.
Collaboration with Departments:
Work closely with other academic departments and administrative staff to facilitate seamless operations.
Participate in meetings and contribute to cooperative initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
Prior experience in an academic setting is a plus.
