Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Caching, and Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
Architect, build, and enhance microservices-based systems using Spring Boot.
Drive performance optimization using effective caching strategies.




Implement robust and productive multithreading and concurrency mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.

Must-Have Skills
Robust expertise in Core Java (7+ years)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
Expertise in Caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.)
Solid understanding and practical experience in Multithreading & Concurrency
Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge
Experience with REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud integration
