We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates (BBA/BCom) who are eager to start their career in recruitment and human resources. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media)
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
Support HR team in organizing career fairs, campus drives, and hiring events
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process




Help maintain hiring-related reports and documentation

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom)
Solid interest in human resources and recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced and cooperative environment
