A Senior HR Associate is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulations. Their key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Administering compensation and perks programs.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supporting employee development through training and career planning.
Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
This role requires solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in HR practices and procedures.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field is often required.
Master's Degree (Preferred): A Master's in HR, MBA with a focus on HR, or related fields is often preferred.
Skills:
Leadership & Management: Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
