We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can go beyond execution and contribute to building strong, consistent, and thoughtful brand systems.

You’ll work closely with the founder and be involved in thinking, presenting, and owning brand decisions, especially across identity and packaging.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop brand identities including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
Create packaging design systems that are both functional and visually distinctive
Translate brand strategy into clear, consistent visual outputs across touchpoints
Collaborate closely with the founder to shape and refine brand directions
Present design concepts with clear rationale and structured thinking
Ensure consistency and scalability across all brand assets
Stay updated with contemporary design trends, materials, and packaging formats

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in brand design / visual communication
Robust foundation in typography, layout,



and visual aesthetics
Experience working on brand identity systems and packaging design
Ability to think beyond visuals — strategic and system-level thinking
Confidence in presenting and explaining design decisions
Attention to detail and a high standard of craft
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
