Team Leadership: Manage and train teams of electricians and technicians, promoting a protected and efficient working workplace.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure Preventive maintenance schedule adherence
Analyse breakdowns and take corrective/preventive actions
Drive energy-saving projects across the plant

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or EEE in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
Skills: Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in electrical design and installation.
