IIMBx Digital Learning Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Programme Coordinator to support the smooth execution of digital learning initiatives. This role is crucial for managing learner interactions, coordinating live sessions with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and reporting of program activities.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Learner Communication & Support
Act as the primary contact for learner queries via email and the ticketing system.
Provide prompt and effective support, including weekend support for scheduled sessions when required.
Stakeholder & Session Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and manage all aspects of live sessions—scheduling, hosting, recording, tracking attendance, and documenting Q&A; interactions.
Ensure internal stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.
Post-Session & Content Follow-up
Work with the Content and Video Production teams to ensure timely upload and accuracy of session recordings and materials.




Maintain quality control of post-session deliverables.
Data Reporting
Collect and organize program-related data in a structured format.
Prepare and share weekly reports with internal stakeholders for tracking and review.
Course Delivery
Upload files, check settings, schedule and release courses in open edX LMS
ERP
Handle the learner lifecycle management in ERP
Update and maintain the data in ERP

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
1–3 years of relevant experience in academic support, education operations, or program coordination.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to support weekend sessions as needed.
Knowledge about LMS and ERP
