Internship Objective

To develop future retail professionals by providing hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, inventory management, sales support, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily retail operations.
Support customer enquiries and order processing.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Assist in product catalogue management.
Support order packing and dispatch.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners.
Maintain store and workplace standards.




Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
Assist with basic reporting and documentation.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.
