What You’ll Bring
Coordinate with team and administer all processes and procedures
Ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage projects.
Ensures effective and effective workflow, procedures and policy practices for manual testing
Estimating, prioritizing,



planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Identify critical bugs
Awareness to all the stake holders for the various risks
Assigning and guiding team members in their day to day work
Develop and review test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and clarify ambiguities.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability.
Track, document, and report defects using defect management tools and ensure timely closure.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide early feedback to improve testability and quality.
Monitor test execution progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and documentation processes.
